Dr. Atkinson and team are wonderful. His bedside manner was comforting and his way of explaining was thorough. It made me feel a lot better hearing context to my circumstances and talking through future plans for my tooth. And the team who took care of me was great. Eriq was thoughtful and warm in the way he explained after-care to my husband, Vanity was friendly and jovial as she assisted Dr. Atkinson with the procedure, and Charity and Cindy were kind and patient as they handled me with care throughout transitions. And the icing on the cake is the understanding and grace from the administrative staff. Everyone is great, but Michelle has been the person we’ve worked most with. She is solution-oriented and willing to do what she can to make the best of (what can be) tough situations. It has been a phenomenal experience at Culebra Smiles and Orthodontics!
